Visualization exercise


If you want to change your mood, you need to see it in your mind. The visualization of change can flow through you and all senses. You may run your hands through the water and feel its temperature flow through your nerves. Sometimes, you have bad days and need to be kind to yourself and give yourself time. Change what you are doing so the flow of your day can change currents, and they can flow in a different direction.

Your mind can sit still, close your eyes, and do a visualization exercise where you imagine white light flowing from above your head, where a crown would sit.

Feel the energy flow down your spine and extend through every nook and cranny of your body. You can change positions, lie down on a bed, or on the couch. Feel the flow vibrate through your veins, the pulse, the beat.

Visualization can help your brain, as it empties of thoughts and shoulds, coulds, and woulds. Let your soul flow and change into perfect stillness.
